Nvolve is a multi-year career readiness program for college women majoring in STEM fields. As an Nvolve Scholar, you’ll build the skills, experiences, professional relationships, and confidence to turn your STEM education into a successful career.
You bring the talent and drive. Nvolve helps you build the experience, skills, network, and momentum to thrive in STEM.
As an Nvolve Scholar, you’ll:
Build real-world experience. Work on hands-on technical and scientific team projects and build a portfolio that demonstrates what you can do.
Have a STEM mentor in your corner. Develop a one-on-one relationship with a professional who will challenge you, support you, and help you navigate your path.
Develop skills that matter beyond the classroom. Through weekly Leadership Labs, practice communication, collaboration, goal setting, negotiation, navigating challenges, and leadership.
Grow your professional network. Connect with STEM professionals, peers, and a community invested in your success.
Receive support to participate fully. Scholarships and stipends help Scholars engage in Nvolve opportunities.
How to Apply

Candidates for the Nvolve cohort will be selected based on their:
Proven academic capacity for STEM at the college level, and
The potential to utilize Nvolve’s resources to achieve a successful STEM career.
Candidates must be:
Female
Collegiate sophomores or juniors, and
Able to commit to an average of 3-4 hours per week of mentoring, professional training, and research.
Nvolve has a rolling admission process. Earlier applicants receive priority reviews and admission decision.
