Nvolve is a 100% volunteer-run organization.
As an Nvolve volunteer, your time is warmly welcomed and valued. We aim to provide you with a rich and rewarding experience, while having fun and supporting these impressive college women. Our program has a variety of volunteering opportunities with flexible time commitments. We gladly accept help as your schedule permits, from once per semester to several hours per week.

Work with Nvolve Scholars as a …
Mentor – Passionate and knowledgeable mentors are at the heart of our program. We need volunteers to provide career and development guidance to support our scholars.
Technical Coach – As our scholars take part in innovative research projects, we need experienced technical coaches to help guide their discoveries.
Guest Speaker – We need engaging guest speakers to share their unique career journeys with our scholars, while also exposing them to an array of STEM industries and career paths.

Strategic Alliance Director – Identify, develop, and manage key strategic partnerships with industry and academic institutions.
Training Program Lead – Lead the development of specific pre-professional training curriculum.
Grant Writer – Research, prepare, and manage grant proposals for Nvolve.

Mentoring is at the heart of what we do.
As an Nvolve mentor, you join a selective community of STEM mentors and scholars. Utilizing our approach, you help shape the future of high-achieving college women of diverse backgrounds by mentoring them on core skills such as goal setting, communication, and negotiation.
Each scholar selects her own mentor. Matching students with the right mentors is the cornerstone of success of our program.
